A De La Finca Coffee CollaborationThrough our four-year partnership with Raul from De La Finca Coffee, a Honduran producer who connects high-quality coffee growers worldwide, we discovered Worku Buche in the scenic highlands of Sidamo, Ethiopia. Worku cultivates Ethiopian heirloom varietals at elevations between 1,850 and 2,200 meters, where the beans thrive before being harvested and processed using the washed method.
After processing, the beans travel to Descamex in Vera Cruz, Mexico, for the Swiss Water Process—a chemical-free decaffeination method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving flavor. Expect notes of chocolate, vanilla, and cane sugar with a smooth, sweet body that lingers on the palate—everything you want in a specialty coffee, without the caffeine.
