  • Santa Lucia Coffee
Grown in the remote village of Tres Pinos, Honduras, Finca Santa Lucia is where third-generation coffee producer Raul Rodriguez cultivates this exceptional coffee. At elevations of 1,200 to 1,650 meters, these beans thrive in the unique climate and rich soil of the Montaña de La Choca, a national mountain reserve.

Raul’s dedication to quality shines through in every cup. This coffee, with notes of White chocolate, hazelnut, and citrus, is perfect for espresso or pairing with milk. The washed-process beans embody the careful balance of tradition and innovation that Raul inherited from his father, Don Ermenegildo Rodriguez, a pioneer in introducing exotic coffee varietals to the region.

Santa Lucia Coffee is not just a delicious brew—it’s a reflection of Raul’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. By paying the highest wages in the region and donating a portion of profits to improve local infrastructure, Raul ensures that the benefits of this coffee extend far beyond the cup.

Having a direct relationship with the producers themselves is an important factor that makes us stand out as a brand. We don't buy our coffee from an importer; we visit the origin at least four times a year, meeting with the producers and building lasting relationships. By cutting out the middleman, we ensure that each producer receives a just price. To us, that's what it's all about.
