We currently accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, Apple pay, Paypal and Maestro.
We want to make sure that our customers recieve only the freshest coffee, so most orders will leave our facility in 24-48 hours after placing an order, but this may vary due to our roasting schedule.
Our free shipping only applies to orders over $40, and does not include subscriptions.
Unfortunately, we are not yet shipping internationally.
Odysea is not responsible for delays, held packages, lost packages, packages returned to sender, and other shipping-related issues such as incorrect an incorrect address or error from the shipper.
While we don't accept returns, if you have any issues with the product you received, please reach out to us via email and we will do our best to find a solution. We certainly want our customers to be happy with their purchase, and would love to exchange emails with you until we find a solution together.
