Bala'm, or Black Panther in the Mayan language, is our darkest roast. This blend originates in Montecillos, a Honduran coffee region bordering El Salvador. This region is known for its cold nights, which allow the cherries to mature slowly, giving this coffee a naturally sweet flavor and velvety texture. We roast this coffee with our dark roast customers in mind—those looking for something strong, toasty and bold, but never burnt.
