Join us at Odysea for a hands-on class designed for home baristas, beginner baristas, and coffee enthusiasts who want to build confidence steaming milk and pouring basic latte art.
Whether you’re making coffee at home or just starting behind the café bar, we’ll guide you through the fundamentals: steam wand positioning, milk texture and temperature, and the pouring techniques behind a simple heart—including cup angle, pitcher height, and milk flow.
With only four participants, you’ll have time to practice steaming and pouring, ask questions, and receive individual feedback. We’ll also discuss how to apply these techniques to home espresso machines.
This class builds the foundation for more complex designs through continued practice. No previous latte art experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn!
